This hotel is located in the city center and just off the beach, making it a great place to stay for those who want to be close to all local attractions. the rooms are spacious and some have great views. the staff is generally friendly and helpful. the breakfast is good but might not offer many options for vegetarians. One downside is that some towels may smell like mildew, according to some reviews.

Cheap eggs and bangers at breakfast. Airy & budget rooms with bathtub, seven floors, bathroom. Central location, just a short walk away from a shopping mall. Set near to the shopping mall and baht bus route, and night life in the shopping area.

The hotel had a great location near Central Festival shopping mall. the rooms were spacious and included amenities like WiFi and a bathtub. - Breakfast options included cereals and eggs.

There are some construction works going on Soi 10. It wasn't to noisy, it didn't bother me.

A very calm and quiet atmosphere. 1 min. walk from the beach. A very nice location. I think this is only thing which i like.

This hotel is in an excellent location, right in the heart of Pattaya. It is also very quiet, especially if you request a room with windows facing Central Festival shopping mall. the staff at the hotel are super friendly and helpful. the towels and bedding in the rooms are new, and the breakfast buffet is okay. Despite the hotel being a bit old, everything in the rooms works properly.

Felt like being home, no complaints whatsoever.

Very nice staff. I had a room at the backside that were very quiet. The location is very good, near to almost everything. Good value for the money.

The Wifi was supposed to be included, but it's not included in Standard Room. It's only available if you book a Superior Room. Pool has no shade - umbrellas would be nice.

my recent stay in pattaya at a hotel was average, but eastiny residence stood out. the location was excellent, right in the heart of everything but remarkably quiet. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. while the hotel itself was a bit old, the towels and bedding were new and everything worked properly.

wifi didn't work

I didnt try the breakfast so cant comment. Room was clean and tidy, tv has 100 channels, hot and cold shower fine and room service good (food is available until 8.30pm/9.00pm) I would go back but i paid 1600B per night and i have stayed in similar accomodations for aroudn 1200B per night however i stayed hotel is half way so easy to work out on to beach room or 2nd road.. Personally i like bars around soi 7 & 8 or walking street so this location is in the middle and makes easy for both.. peak seasona nd everywhere was more expensive. The location is excellent.. Soi 10 is quiet and this I would return but wpould look around first if the price is the same.
